A Little About Us
Our well maintained apartment complexes are conveniently located in the middle of other campus housing on High Avenue. Our 1-4 bedroom units have individual access and include townhouses. We have on-site coin operated laundry facilities, patios, and parking for the majority.
All leases start September 1st and are for 355 days. Rent is paid monthly and we offer a prompt payment discount when payments are made early or on the 1st of the month. Security deposits are $500 per person.
